Hemalchem was founded by a small team of passionate chemists and industry professionals who saw a gap in the research chemical market. Too many suppliers offered poor quality, unreliable shipping, and zero customer support. We decided to do better.

Today, our team works together to provide researchers around the world with high-purity compounds, transparent documentation, and responsive service. We are not a faceless corporation. We are real people who care about the quality of our work and the success of your research.

Meet Our Founders

Liam

Co-Founder & Head of Operations

Liam brings years of experience in chemical supply chain management and logistics to Hemalchem. Before starting the company, he worked in pharmaceutical distribution, where he learned exactly how important reliable shipping and proper handling are for sensitive research compounds.

Liam oversees all daily operations at Hemalchem. He manages our inventory, coordinates with shipping carriers worldwide, and ensures that every order leaves our facility correctly packaged and documented. When a customer has a question about shipping times, tracking, or customs, Liam is the person who finds the answer.

Why Liam started Hemalchem:
“I got tired of hearing researchers complain about late shipments, broken packaging, and suppliers who disappeared after taking their money. I knew we could build a company that actually respects its customers. Every order matters. Every researcher matters.”

Nicole

Co-Founder & Head of Quality Control

Nicole is a trained chemist with a background in analytical chemistry and forensic science. She spent several years working in a contract testing laboratory, where she analyzed thousands of samples for purity and identity. That experience taught her one thing above all else: quality cannot be faked.

At Hemalchem, Nicole leads all quality control efforts. She reviews every Certificate of Analysis before a product is cleared for sale. She works directly with our synthesis partners to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. And when a customer has a technical question about a product’s purity, stability, or storage requirements, Nicole provides the answer.

Why Nicole started Hemalchem:
“I saw too many research chemical vendors selling products with fake purity claims. Researchers were wasting time and money on compounds that were mislabeled or contaminated. I wanted to create a company where quality comes first, not as a marketing slogan, but as a daily practice.”

Our Extended Team

While Liam and Nicole are the faces of Hemalchem, they work with a small but dedicated team of professionals who share their commitment to quality and service.

Our Quality Control Technicians run daily tests on incoming and outgoing products, ensuring that every shipment meets our published purity specifications.

Our Customer Support Specialists answer emails, resolve issues, and help researchers find the right products for their work.

Our Logistics Coordinators package orders with care, choose the best shipping methods, and track every package until it reaches its destination.
